It was a wonderful afternoon in Bacons Corner. The sun was setting and the sky looked lovely. Suddenly flashes of a white light flew back and forth in the woods. The curious towns people slowly advanced, then the lights disappeared. Some people left and some stayed to check the woods out. Eventually everyone left. Cecelia Potter was one of the towns people who was heading home; little did she know she had a surprise awaiting. It was one of Sally Roe's goats eating away at her flowers. Mrs. Potter was mad.
"Git out of here you crazy goat," said Mrs. Potter. This goat had big horns to butt people away if they went too far, and the goat was getting mad.
"Don't you dare butt me you crazy, flower eating goat!" The goat didn't, thankfully, and allowed Mrs. Potter to escort him back to his pen. But when Mrs. Potter put him in, he came right back out. Mrs. Potter being disgusted at the goat decided to go tell Sally. She walked over to the front door and noticed Sally's truck wasn't there. She went back to the shed [goat pen] and walked in and turned the light on. There was a dead body laying at the back of the shed.
